Bobby Strong – Tenor. The rebellious everyman who works for Miss Pennywise at the filthiest urinal in town. A buddy, not a bully. A little simple, and unassuming, as he takes things literally. Our story’s protagonist who rallies The Poor and falls hopelessly in love with Hope Cladwell along the way.
Caldwell B. Cladwell – Baritenor. The evil president and owner of the Urine Good Company. “The Man.” Loves himself the most and believes that nothing matters more than money. Seedy and slimy CEO money grubber, who gleefully exploits the poor.
Hope Cladwell – Soprano. Cladwell’s daughter, torn between her father and her new love for Bobby. Also simple and unassuming, that’s why she’s Bobby’s perfect match. She begins as an innocent, naive angel but becomes vengeful and determined after being exposed to her father’s evil.
Penelope Pennywise – Soprano with a STRONG mix. The tough, jaded warden of the poorest, filthiest urinal in town. Pennywise is a figure of authority and lives to maintain order at the public bathrooms. She is Cladwell’s one-time lover and mother to Hope who eventually softens her temper.
Little Sally – Soprano/Mezzo. A precocious, thoroughly irreverent and very intelligent street urchin; the co-narrator who always outsmarts Lockstock, and constantly questions the play’s logic.
Officer Lockstock – Bass-Baritone. The tongue-in-cheek narrator of our story, he is a corrupt policeman who secretly kills off the guilty offenders. Works closely to Cladwell and is also seedy and grimy. Bold, brash, and larger than life in many ways.
Mr. McQueen – Baritone. Cladwell’s unyielding loyal sycophantic lackey. He’d sacrifice himself if asked. A servile assistant. Flamboyant and always trying to stay in Cladwell’s good graces.
Officer Barrel – Baritone. Lockstock’s partner. He harbors a surprising secret.
Senator Fipp – A greedy politician in Cladwell’s pocket. A bumbling coward.
