Health and Safety

The health and safety of audiences, artists, staff, and the entire community are the highest priority for San Diego Musical Theatre!

All patrons who attend a performance will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and present proof of vaccination or will be required to present the negative results of a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of entering the SDMT Stage Theatre.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is 1) the physical COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card issued to the patron at the time of vaccination, 2) a photograph of the patron’s COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, or 3) a digital vaccination record. All residents of California may request a digital vaccination record at www.myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov.

“Fully vaccinated” is defined by the CDC as being at least 14 days after the receipt of the second dose of a two-dose vaccine (such as the currently available Pfizer-BioNtech and Moderna) or one dose of a single-dose vaccine (like Johnson & Johnson).

Patrons attending performances in our indoor theatres must wear masks throughout the performance as an additional safety measure. Thank you in advance for your cooperation as we return to bringing you live musical theatre again!
